Putting Learner Success First: A Shared Vision for the Future of CTE calls for bold action that challenges the status quo and aligns state systems. This means creating a clear, shared statewide vision for CTE that emphasizes program quality and learner achievement as well as ensuring there are implementation strategies in place to help you achieve this vision. This conversation with state leaders and national experts will focus on the need to shift our thinking to an improvement mindset and how to use Perkins more strategically as it exists today, while also preparing for a future reauthorization of the law.
